Meet Dr. Huxley Cross
Dr. Cross is a Pacific Northwest native dedicated to helping patients better understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and developing specific treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. His clinical focus includes chiropractic care, corrective rehabilitation, and non-surgical spinal decompression for disc-related conditions, with an emphasis on personalized care and long-term spinal health.
Dr. Huxley Cross believes that every person was created with different experiences, different needs, and ultimately, a different body. Because of that, healthcare should never be cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all. Every patient deserves care that is personalized to their individual needs, with the goal of restoring the natural function of the human body.
Dr. Cross began his career with a strong focus on specific, targeted chiropractic adjustments and quickly developed a passion for refining his adjusting technique. However, early in his career, his perspective on care began to expand when someone in his own family was struggling and needed something more than chiropractic adjustments alone.
That experience introduced Dr. Cross to spinal decompression therapy. He watched firsthand as decompression made a meaningful difference in his family member's life, and it changed the way he thought about caring for patients with more complex spinal and disc-related diseases.
Since then, Dr. Cross has dedicated a significant part of his continued study and practice to spinal decompression alongside chiropractic care. Today, his approach is not centered around fitting every patient into the same treatment plan. Instead, he takes the time to understand each person's condition, needs, and goals to determine which combination of care is most appropriate for them.
Whether that means chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, rehabilitation, or a combination of therapies, the goal remains the same: provide individualized care that helps each patient get back to the life they want to live.
Approach to Care
Huxley would describe himself first as a husband and father of two. He finds his greatest joy in spending time with his family and enjoying the Pacific Northwest, which they have called home their entire lives.
The Cross family proudly considers themselves a group of nerds. Board games and video games are regular favorites, and they have been known to dress up as superheroes when the occasion calls for it—Batman is Huxley’s favorite.
Most importantly, faith and family are central to Huxley’s life. He strives to lead his family to follow Christ with the values of service, compassion, and love that shape the way he approaches his patients.
